His highly accomplished academic background and expertise highlight his outstanding proficiency in insolvency, restructuring and advising clients on complex UAE commercial disputes, financing, shareholder disputes, white collar crimes, debt recovery, all types of security interests in the Gulf Cooperative Council region, and corporate restructuring transactions.

Salam regularly advises on commercial contracts associated issues of UAE law and some of his clients include lenders, governments and top companies throughout the Middle East.
