Ali is a corporate and commercial lawyer with experience advising clients on a broad range of corporate, commercial, and transactional matters. He is a qualified lawyer in Jordan and holds an L.L.B from the University of Jordan and an L.L.M in International Banking and Finance Law from the University of the West of England.

Ali has experience advising on corporate and commercial matters, including company incorporations, corporate structuring, and the drafting and review of a wide range of commercial agreements. His practice also includes assisting clients with corporate transactions, regulatory requirements, and day-to-day corporate matters in the UAE.

In addition to his corporate and commercial practice, Ali has experience in civil, commercial, labour, and criminal matters, which provides him with a broad understanding of both contentious and non-contentious legal issues. He regularly assists in drafting legal submissions, reviewing contractual arrangements, and advising clients on matters involving complex legal and commercial considerations.
