Mohammed is a Saudi-qualified lawyer and the founder of the firm (formerly known as the Law Office of Mohammed Al Ammar) which has been operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 2006. AlAmmar focuses on cross-border acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, investment funds, and joint ventures. He generally advises clients on the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the GCC region on corporate, projects/constructions, PPP, real estate, funds, and finance matters

  • NBK Capital on its acquisition of a minority stake in Sanabel Al Salam, a leading Arabic sweets and confectionary producer and retailer in Saudi Arabia.
  • Major pharmaceutical company in connection with FCPA investigations by the DOJ and the SEC in relation to a Saudi Arabian company.
