Karam is a dedicated team member at MAS Law. He brings his expertise to our Corporate Commercial and Litigation team, specializing in providing support for both our corporate and litigation departments in the UAE and KSA. Karam plays a pivotal role in handling a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and sales and purchase agreements.

Prior to joining our team, Karam gained valuable experience in a highly regarded law firm in London, where he advised on a variety of immigration law and litigation matters, further enhancing his legal skills and knowledge.

Karam holds an LLB degree from the University of Surrey, and is currently on the path of obtaining his SQE qualification. He is currently gaining qualifying work experience in order to qualify as a solicitor of England and Wales.
