Alyaa is an experienced member in our commercial and litigation team at MAS Law. She is a highly experienced paralegal as she assists with civil disputes, corporate acquisitions, drafting of agreements, legal advices and labour disputes as well as other litigation matters with real estate development companies.

She excels in advising clients on a range of corporate and dispute cases. She drafts, reviews, and revises a wide range of legal documents. Further, she continues to conduct legal research, analyses local and international laws to prepare highly researched and articulate contracts and briefs.

Nevertheless, she continues to liaise with local authorities to address client queries and works close with litigation and corporate partners in both UAE and KSA.
