Aditi is a corporate and commercial lawyer. Her practice focuses on advising high net-worth individuals, multinational and domestic corporate clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including M&A, company incorporation and reorganisation, joint ventures, legal and regulatory due diligence, asset pledge, private equity transactions, commercial contracts and employment matters.

She also advises multinational companies and high net-worth individuals in complex commercial matters, both contentious and non-contentious. Aditi has represented clients in proceedings before DIFC Court and Dubai International Arbitration Centre.
