Bader is a Saudi-qualified legal practitioner with a distinguished career that includes seven years of experience at a top-tier US law firm. He brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his current practice, where he specializes in various areas of law, including corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructurings, joint ventures, real estate, and litigation.

In his advisory capacity, Bader assists clients in various aspects of their corporate operations. He provides valuable guidance on corporate M&A, conducts thorough due diligence for joint ventures, advises on employment law matters, drafts commercial agency and distributorship agreements, and navigates complex foreign investment issues. Bader has a proven track record of successfully representing international clients in labor lawsuits and commercial disputes before the Saudi courts.

Prior to his current role, Bader was a Senior Legal Counsel to the Deputy Minister of Investment Transactions at the Saudi Ministry of Investment. During this time, he played a crucial role in providing legal advice and support to the board secretary and the chairman of the National Incentive Committee, H.E Khalid Al Falih.

Bader’s notable achievements include advising the Ministry of Investment on numerous economic support deals, involving major investors such as Lucid, Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Maaden, Bahri, Acwa Power, STC, Zain, and Advanced. These groundbreaking projects collectively amounted to an impressive value of US$51 billion, with the aim of driving significant GDP growth surpassing US$125 billion by 2040 and creating approximately 65,000 local employment opportunities.

Before joining the Ministry of Investment, Bader held a legal counsel position at the Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Maaden), the largest multi-commodity mining and metals company in the Middle East. In this role, he handled a wide range of commercial, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, and transactional matters within the mining industry in the kingdom. Bader expertise extended to providing guidance on mining regulations in Saudi Arabia.
