He is experienced in advising clients on corporate structuring, restructuring and reorganization and private equity transactions. Anmar also advises a number of family investment offices with relation to their regional and global investments, joint ventures, commercial transactions and compliance and governance.

  • A Saudi publicly listed insurance company on their successful merger with another publicly listed insurance company under the Saudi Capital Market Authority’s Merger and Acquisitions regulations,
  • Acting for a Saudi Investment Bank on the acquisition by its industrial investment fund of two business assets of a leading Saudi holding group operating in the industrial sector by way of a spin off and a share purchase, and advising on the merger of the fund’s industrial assets in KSA and UAE,
  • An American worldwide chemical company, one of the top three companies globally in their sector, on all Saudi aspects of the acquisition of industrial assets in Saudi Arabia from one the largest Saudi industrial groups,

  • A Saudi investment bank on the formation and structuring of its SAR 260 million private equity fund and SAR 115 million feeder fund,
