  • Two Saudi publicly listed companies on their joint acquisition of a majority stake in a UK based online luxury brands platform
  • A Saudi publicly listed insurance company on their successful merger with another publicly listed insurance company under the Saudi Capital Market Authority’s Merger and Acquisitions regulations,
  • Acting for a Saudi Investment Bank on the acquisition by its industrial investment fund of two business assets of a leading Saudi holding group operating in the industrial sector by way of a spin off and a share purchase, and advising on the merger of the fund’s industrial assets in KSA and UAE,
  • An American worldwide chemical company, one of the top three companies globally in their sector, on all Saudi aspects of the acquisition of industrial assets in Saudi Arabia from one the largest Saudi industrial groups,
  • A leading publicly listed healthcare company on the acquisition of a majority stake in a Saudi medical group owning, operating and managing a chain of same day surgery and cosmetic clinics based in the central region of Saudi Arabia,
  • A Saudi investment bank on the formation and structuring of its SAR 1.3 billon real-estate fund
  • A Saudi investment bank on the formation and structuring of its SAR 260 million private equity fund and SAR 115 million feeder fund,
  • A prominent Saudi listed company on the full acquisition of a group of industrial companies through a capital increase and issuance of new shares on the Saudi stock exchange – Tadawul’s All Share Index (TASI) under the Capital Market Authority’s Rules on the Offer of Securities and Continuing Obligations (OSCO Rules), and
  • The shareholders of a medical group that owns, manages and operates a number of dental and cosmetic clinics and pharmacies in the eastern and northern provinces on the 100% equity disposal to Saudi Arabia’s largest healthcare fund.
