Vineet, an Indian qualified lawyer, has joined our corporate department as a Counsel. With nearly two decades of experience advising clients across various sectors, he specializes in banking and finance, sports and entertainment, and complex transactions related to corporate-commercial and infrastructure projects.

He has earned the trust of prominent corporate clients, who value his ability to deliver tailored legal solutions that address their specific needs. His unwavering commitment to safeguarding client interests, combined with his exceptional skill in building and maintaining long-term relationships, has established him as a trusted advisor in the industry.

He has previously served as in-house counsel for one of India’s largest private-sector bank and major U.S.-based fast-food chain. His extensive experience working with both law firms and multinational corporations has equipped him to navigate the complexities of business and provide customized legal advice.

Notably, a British multinational oil and gas company headquartered in London once specifically requested his secondment for a large-scale project. He has also managed complex commercial transactions related to infrastructure projects, including highway financing, EPC contracts, and operations and maintenance agreements.
